URISE Portal Student Registration 2023 / Login Online
Follow the steps below to register as a student on the URISE portal:
Step 1: Visit the official website at https://urise.up.gov.in/
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Register” link located in the top right corner. Then select the “Student” link. Alternatively, you can directly access the student registration page at https://urise.up.gov.in/student/register.
Step 3: On the registration page, provide the required details, such as organization, enrollment number, and date of birth. Click on the “Register” button to complete the student registration form.
Step 4: Once the registration is complete, you can log in to the U-Rise Portal homepage. To do this, click on the “Login” link on the urise.up.gov.in homepage, then select the “Student” link. You can also directly access the student login page at https://urise.up.gov.in/student/login.
Step 5: On the student login page, enter your Urise ID/Username, password, and the text shown in the image. Click on the “Login” button.

Step 1: Visit the official website at https://urise.up.gov.in/
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Administration ” link located in the top right corner. Then select the “Administration” link. Alternatively, you can directly access the student registration page at https://urise.up.gov.in/admin/login.
Step 3: On the Login page, provide the required details, such as Account Type , Enter Username, and Password. Click on the “login” button to complete the Administration login form.

How Urise Portal Functions
URISE encompasses government, aided, and private affiliated institutions, offering skills, vocational, and technical education on an all-inclusive platform. It enhances students’ learning experiences, empowering them to excel in their chosen professions. URISE serves as a unified empowerment portal for students in engineering, polytechnic, vocational courses, and skill trainees.
The U-Rise portal provides digital content, online exams, digital assessments, digital examination papers, internships, and employment-related information through webinars and recorded video content. Official Launch of UP URISE Portal by CM Yogi Adityanath
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath considers the U-Rise Portal to be a significant reform program in the education sector after the National Education Policy (NEP)-2020. The portal was officially launched on September 24, 2020. CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted that Uttar Pradesh is the first state to introduce such a portal, which will benefit approximately 20 lakh students pursuing vocational and technical education.

- REGISTRATION Registration in URISE is open to all students in the state who are enrolled in skills, ITI, or polytechnics within the state. Upon registration, students become lifelong members of URISE. Once students complete their job training courses, their information and services will be validated and automatically shared with third parties such as financial institutions and potential employers.
- DASHBOARD The AI-based customized dashboard provides students with useful information about courses, fees, syllabus, e-content, digi-locker, useful links, and the latest placement information. An automated grievance/query functionality is also available on the dashboard.
- E-CONTENT Students have access to high-quality lectures, tutorials, question banks, online certification courses, and on-demand counseling by experts. In cases where a book is unavailable due to all copies being issued to other students, students can check the tentative availability date and plan their studies accordingly.
- ATTENDANCE Faculty members can mark students’ attendance for classes, practicals, training sessions, workshops, seminars, etc. Students can view their attendance records and raise requests online to rectify any errors or issues.
- ONLINE COURSES To address situations like the COVID-19 pandemic, where regular in-person classes are risky or not allowed, students can continue their studies through online lectures and tutorials. These resources are not limited to their own college faculty but also include lectures from faculties at other institutes. URISE provides an exhaustive central repository of online course materials sourced locally and globally.
- PERFORMANCE Students can track their academic performance throughout their educational journey, whether it spans a few months (for skill-based programs) or several years (for polytechnics and ITI). The “One View” feature allows students and parents to monitor their performance, and organizations can also use this feature for job verification purposes.
- GRIEVANCES If students have any issues related to their studies, faculty, administration, hostel, fees, etc., they can raise their concerns through the portal’s grievance section. The concerned faculty or department will address these grievances within a specified timeframe.
- FEE (ONLINE PAYMENT) – COMING SOON… Students will have the convenience of paying their tuition, examination, scrutiny, and re-evaluation fees online through the portal. Payment can be made using various modes such as debit/credit card, net banking, or challan at a bank branch. This feature aims to accommodate all students, including those who do not have credit/debit cards by allowing them to generate a challan online and make payments at any branch of the bank.
- DIGI LOCKER Students’ academic records, including diplomas, certificates, and mark sheets, will be securely stored in the Digi locker. This digital repository can be accessed from anywhere, at any time, eliminating the need for students to carry their original documents for attestation or verification. This protects them from potential loss during transit or other circumstances.
- FEEDBACK – COMING SOON… Students will have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback, enabling URISE to improve its services and cater to the needs of students more effectively.
