Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – The Central Government of India led by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has taken a decision of creating a National Urban Housing Fund of Rs. 60,000 crore under its ambitious housing scheme named ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban)’. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Lucknow: LDA, the Lucknow Development Authority has all set to construct a total number of 2500 residential flats under the Central Government’s ambitious scheme i.e Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The authority will construct these residential flats by the March 2018.
PM Awas Yojana – In the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the villagers will now get electricity and Gas connection with the house as well. Gas connections will be given under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. For this, the district administration has started the initiative.
PMAY Tamil Nadu – The nodal agency for implementing the Central Government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) i.e. Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board has got approval from the State government for the construction of 8.29 lakh affordable housing units in 666 urban local bodies under four components of the scheme.
