2.25 Lakh will Be Given for Construction of House under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jamshedpur

Under the housing component of the PMAY Scheme, 909 beneficiaries have been selected so far. In order to make a house on his land, the government is giving 2.5 lakh rupees in four installments to the people whose annual family income is less than Rs 3 lakh and there is no pucca house anywhere in the country.

According to Yadav the names of the beneficiaries who did not start their work yet will be eliminated from the list. Intensive investigation is being done for this. Those beneficiaries who have got the first installment, they will get the second installment along with the photo of the construction by meeting City Manager Rahul Kumar and Rohit Rahul Samad.

The instruction of complete the construction work till June 20 has been given to all the beneficiaries. About 100 beneficiaries have completed the construction by receiving all the installments.

Six Percent Discount on Loan

In the credit link subsidy component of the housing scheme for housing, the government is giving six percent discount to interest of bank loans up to six lakh rupees. For this, 213 applications have been received by the Municipal Corporation. They have been sent to banks for credit approval.
