PMAY Noida Housing Scheme 2018 – The State Government of Uttar Pradesh Government is going to provide 80,000 affordable housing units in Noida to the investors by the end of March 2018. These housing units are located at Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway Areas. For the purpose of providing these houses, the state government will also take strict actions against the builders who are unable to deliver these houses on time. The state government will provide these housing units under the Central Government’s ambitious scheme i.e. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
The Uttar Pradesh Government’s Noida Housing Scheme will surely benefit the investors in getting their flats. Under this scheme, the UP government is going to deliver 40,000 houses by the end of December 2017 and the rest 40,000 by March 2018. This is a major step to cover more home buyers under the ambitious initiative of “Housing For All” by 2022.
The Uttar Pradesh Noida Housing Scheme is in the favor of investors who wishes to own their houses in the city. Apart from this, the Uttar Pradesh Government will take strict actions against negligent builders on the basis of reports of the physical and financial audit performed in the last 3 years.
Delivery Process of Houses Under Noida Housing Scheme
Under the Noida Housing Scheme, the state government will categorize the builders in 3 different categories as follows –
- First Category – All the builders who are solvent for delivery of houses on time.
- Second Category – Those builders who are promising to deliver houses and are securing various measures for the same but are unable to do so due to some minor issues in other projects.
- Third Category – Also, those builders who are already in debt and are unable to deliver the houses.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Yogi Adityanath made this announcement before the PM event of the launch of Magenta Line (Delhi Metro).
