PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh – Govt to Distribute 9,000 Houses

PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh – Under the Central Government’s ambitious scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, more than 9,000 houses have been constructed in UP districts. In many stages, it will be given to the poor.

Under this scheme, two lakh houses are to be constructed every year. This time more than 32 lakh people have applied for houses. Chief Secretary, Rajiv Kumar has instructed to accelerate the quality of the houses and work. Soon, CM Yogi Adityanath will give the keys to these houses to the people. According to departmental officials, more than 9 thousand poor people will be given their own house this Diwali. These will be given to houses in Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Meerut, and Basti.
