PM Awas Yojana Odisha – 37,506 Houses Sanctioned

PM Awas Yojana Odisha – The Government of India led by Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi has allotted a total number of 37 affordable housing projects in the state. Under these allocated projects, about 37,056 affordable housing units will be constructed. These affordable housing projects have been approved under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) – Urban to complete Housing for All Mission.

Details of PM Awas Yojana Odisha 

In order to construct about 37,056 housing units in Odisha, it needs a big amount to be invested. A total amount of Rs. 1,519.86 crore will be invested for the finalization of this housing project. Of this, the central government also provides a financial assistance of Rs. 532.59 crore to ensure that enough amount is to be invested so that houses can be constructed without facing any problem.

The authority has verified all applications and has credited the first installment to the accounts of the eligible beneficiaries after receiving applications from candidates who were interested in buying a house. Rest of the installments will be released to beneficiaries soon.
