PM Awas Yojana Demand Survey Haryana to Start from 1 June

The state government of Haryana is going to conduct a PM Awas Yojana Demand Survey under the PM Awas Yojana (Urban). The survey work will run from June 1 and run until July 15.

It was informed in the meeting that teams will remain in the ward for 4 to 5 days for the survey and the members of the team will also be present in the offices of municipalities and municipalities. It was informed in the meeting that about one lakh 80 thousand houses will be built in the state under this scheme. Under the various components of this scheme, financial assistance of Rs. 67 thousand to one lakh rupees will be given by the State Government.The government will give subsidy or financial assistance in three installments.

The benefit of the scheme will be given to such beneficiaries, who has been registered with the Labor Farmers Board or any industrial, commercial unit of the urban areas of the state which is registered under the Central government, or Haryana State Government before 17 June 2015, and currently residing in the city or town of the state. Apart from this, the annual income of the financially vulnerable family should be up to three lakh rupees, the annual income of the lower income group should be from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 6 lakh, the annual income of the Middle Income Group-1 should be 6 lakh to 12 lakh and Middle Income Group-2 should be 12 lakh to 18 lakh.

The benefit of the scheme will be given in four components. Affordable housing scheme will be implemented under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme. The scheme has been made for economically weaker, lower and Middle-Income groups.
